All orders ship with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- To start a return, email us at MarkUpcollective@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at MarkUpcollective@outlook.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
