Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and colour, add to cart, and checkout. It takes less than two minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders fast. If you need to make a change, email us at MarkUpcollective@outlook.com within 2 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet but they are coming soon. Follow us on socials to be the first to know.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Every order includes tracked shipping so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: 5–10 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Processing time is 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We regularly run free shipping promotions so keep an eye out.
My tracking has not updated in a few days. What do I do?
Tracking can sometimes take 2–3 days to update, especially during transit between countries. If it has been more than 7 days with no update, email us and we will look into it for you.
Sizing & Fit
How do your sweatpants fit?
Our Archive Sweatpants have a relaxed, wide-leg fit with an adjustable drawstring waist. They are designed to sit comfortably at the waist and drape loosely through the leg. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a slimmer look or staying true to size for the intended relaxed fit.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes. You can find the size chart on each product page under the Size Chart tab. We include waist and length measurements for every size from S to 2XL.
What if my size is wrong?
No stress. We offer free exchanges on all orders. Just email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at MarkUpcollective@outlook.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We will send you the return instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases we cover everything.
Product & Quality
What material are the sweatpants made from?
Our Archive Sweatpants are made from a heavyweight brushed fleece blend. They are thick, soft, and built to last through regular wear and washing.
Will the colours fade after washing?
We recommend washing cold and hanging to dry to keep colours looking fresh. Our fabrics are pre-treated to minimise fading but proper care will keep them looking new for longer.
Are your products unisex?
Our sweatpants are designed with a relaxed unisex fit. We recommend checking the size chart for the best fit regardless of gender.
